TRX - Total Body Resistance Training


This is a suspension training workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.

This is a workout that requires you to use your hands, wrists and shoulders for most of the exercises so you have to have no limiting factors in these areas to complete a workout.  Also not appropriate for pregnant participants.
